Service · Avarie Growth System

A CRM built around how home-service businesses actually sell.

Most contractors do not need more complicated software. They need a system their team will use — one that responds quickly, keeps every opportunity visible, and makes following up easier. Avarie Media configures and manages that system for you.

The Problem

Stop losing opportunities after the first call.

Most contractors don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-through problem. Slow response times, forgotten estimates, scattered conversations, and inconsistent outreach quietly cost real revenue every month.

The average local business responds to new inquiries in hours, not minutes — often because there's no system in place, or because the CRM they bought sits unused. The Avarie Growth System closes that gap without adding another person to your payroll.

Self-Diagnostic · 30 Seconds

Which of these sound familiar in your business?

Check every one that applies. You'll see how the Growth System would specifically close each gap.

Diagnostic Result

You have a foothold — but leaks are already costing money.

Answer above to see how the Growth System closes the gaps in your specific business.

01

See every lead and opportunity in one place.

Web forms, phone calls, texts, Google Business Profile inquiries, referral submissions, and social messages all land in the same inbox. The pipeline shows what stage every opportunity is in, who owns it, and what happens next.

No more "check the CRM, then the shared inbox, then Sarah's phone." One place. One system. One shared truth for the whole team.

  • Unified lead capture from every source
  • Full pipeline view with drag-and-drop stages
  • Lead ownership and team assignments
  • Complete activity history per contact
  • Custom tasks, calendars, and reminders
  • Reporting by source, stage, rep, and revenue
  • Immediate reply to every web form submission
  • Missed-call text-back within seconds
  • Appointment confirmations & reminders
  • Instant team notifications for high-intent leads
  • Round-robin or geographic lead routing
  • Auto-response templates in your voice
02

Respond while the homeowner is still looking.

The odds of qualifying a lead drop sharply after the first five minutes. The Growth System replies to every new inquiry the moment it comes in — an automated first-touch that buys your team the time to follow up personally.

We do not claim every conversation is fully automated or "AI-powered." Real people close deals. The system just makes sure nobody has to remember to send the first message.

03

Follow up without relying on memory.

The estimates you send today are the sold jobs of next month — but only if someone follows up. The Growth System runs personalized follow-up sequences on every estimate, every unsold lead, and every customer who went cold.

Not spammy. Not generic. Written to sound like it came from a person who actually cared, because that's who reviewed and approved the sequence with you.

  • Multi-step estimate follow-up sequences
  • Unsold-lead nurturing (email + SMS)
  • Reactivation campaigns for 90+ day cold leads
  • Task reminders for personal outreach
  • Seasonal service reminders (annual inspections)
  • Every message reviewable and editable
  • Personalized post-job review requests via SMS & email
  • Direct links to Google Business Profile — no gating
  • Internal feedback routing for less-than-5-star responses
  • Referral requests 30 days after job completion
  • Past-customer campaigns for repeat & seasonal work
  • Review response templates and approval flow
04

Turn completed jobs into reviews and referrals.

Every completed customer is a review, a referral, and future work waiting to happen. The Growth System asks — automatically, personally, and consistently — without ever violating Google's review policies.

No review gating. No filtering by predicted sentiment. Every completed customer gets asked, exactly the way you'd ask them if you had the time.

Customer Experience

Make the whole company feel more professional and organized.

Consistent communication, timely reminders, easy status updates, and follow-through on small promises are what separate a $2M contractor from a $10M one. The Growth System makes every homeowner feel like the most important customer on your calendar — automatically.

Managed & Configured

Built around your business — not the other way around.

The platform is the same tools every managed CRM uses. What makes it work is how it's configured. Avarie Media handles all of that for you.

  • Sales pipelines by service type
  • Custom fields for your work
  • Team roles & permissions
  • Calendars & booking flows
  • Forms & landing pages
  • Phone & text workflows
  • Email drip sequences
  • Review-request cadence
  • Custom reports & dashboards
  • Lead source & UTM tracking
  • Automation rules & SLAs
  • Integrations with your existing tools
Honest Boundaries

What the platform doesn't replace.

The Growth System is primarily a sales, marketing, communication, and customer-experience CRM. It focuses on the top of the customer journey — capture, response, follow-up, review generation.

It does not automatically replace field-service software like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or JobNimbus — nor accounting, dispatch, estimating, production scheduling, or job costing.

Where appropriate, we integrate the Growth System with those tools so the sales side and the operations side stop working in isolation. If you use ServiceTitan, a booked appointment can flow directly into it. If you use QuickBooks, invoiced jobs can sync. Every business is different, so integrations are scoped case by case.

Common Questions

Straightforward answers before you ask.

What is the Avarie Growth System?

Avarie Growth System is a managed CRM and marketing automation platform configured around how home-service businesses actually sell and communicate. It brings leads, calls, texts, emails, appointments, estimates, follow-ups, reviews, and pipeline data into one place. Avarie Media configures, brands, and manages the workflows for you.

Do I need a website to use the Avarie Growth System?

No. The Growth System works with or without an Avarie Media website. If you don't have a website yet, we can start with the CRM and add the website later. If you already have one, we connect the CRM to your existing forms and phone tracking.

Does the Growth System replace ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or JobNimbus?

No. The Growth System is primarily a sales, marketing, communication, and customer-experience CRM. It focuses on the top of the customer journey — lead capture, response, follow-up, appointment booking, and review generation. Where appropriate, it integrates with existing operations software through supported integrations.

How is this different from a generic CRM I could buy myself?

The difference is configuration, industry-specific workflows, and ongoing management. Off-the-shelf CRMs give you empty pipelines, blank templates, and a login screen. Avarie Media configures the pipeline stages, custom fields, automations, message templates, review sequences, phone workflows, and reporting for how your specific home-service business operates — then keeps improving it.

Can we get missed-call text-back?

Yes. Missed-call text-back is one of the highest-impact workflows we configure. When an inbound call rings and isn't answered, the system texts the caller within seconds. Most homeowners reply, and the conversation is routed to the right team member.

How are reviews requested — is any of it against Google's rules?

Requests are sent to every completed customer with a personalized message and a direct link to your Google Business Profile. We do not use review gating, do not filter customers by predicted sentiment, and do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Every completed customer is asked. The goal is a real, steady flow of authentic reviews.

Do you work with contractors outside New Jersey?

Yes. Avarie Media is based in New Jersey and works with home-service businesses across the United States. Engagements can be delivered virtually or in person for local clients.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your team, the workflows we build, and whether the CRM is part of a broader managed engagement. Every quote is based on the actual scope. Start with a free CRM & follow-up assessment and we'll share honest guidance from there.

See what a better follow-up system could recover for your business.

A CRM & Follow-Up Assessment includes an honest look at how leads move through your business today, what's slipping through, and what a configured system could recover. No decks. No pressure.
