Flagship engagement

Embedded growth leadership without another full-time executive.

For established contractors who have real revenue, employees, customers and momentum — but are hitting constraints that another isolated marketing service can't fix. Avarie works inside the business, alongside ownership and existing teams, to find what's actually limiting growth and build the system that removes it.

Who this is for

You've outgrown one-tactic vendors.

The business is real.

Established revenue, a team, existing customers, and steady work coming in. You're not looking for someone to teach you how to run a contracting business.

The bottleneck moved.

You've solved for "not enough leads" before. The current constraint is somewhere else — sales, follow-up, systems, people, structure, or execution — and it's harder to name.

Another vendor won't fix it.

You've been sold more Google Ads, another CRM, more coaching, more contractors. What's actually needed is one perspective across all of it, with someone accountable for the outcome.

Where we work

Six areas. One connected engagement.

A Growth Partnership isn't a fixed package. We prioritize the highest-value work based on what the assessment surfaces — and adjust as constraints move.

01 · Revenue

Lead generation, conversion, and new revenue opportunities.

Where demand comes from, how it's captured, and where it leaks. Reactivation of dormant customers and past leads.

02 · Sales

Process, coaching, scripting, accountability, and follow-up.

How discovery happens, how estimates get presented, how objections get handled, and what happens when the prospect goes quiet.

03 · Marketing

Strategy, campaigns, positioning, and coordination.

Working alongside existing internal or external marketing personnel — not replacing them by default. Owning the strategy, aligning the tactics.

04 · Technology

CRM, AI, automation, and workflow improvement.

The tools the business actually uses every day. Removing manual steps that steal hours and cause things to fall through.

05 · Customer experience

Communication, escalations, reviews, and referrals.

Every job is a marketing event. What the homeowner feels during the job is what shows up in the review afterward.

06 · Structure

KPIs, responsibilities, leadership needs, and organizational development.

Who owns what, how success is measured, and what the next hire actually needs to look like. The company beneath the revenue.

The 30 · 60 · 90 model

Understand. Build. Scale.

The first 90 days of a Growth Partnership follow the same architecture every time. Same shape, different content depending on what the assessment finds.

Days 1–30

Understand

Embed. Observe. Measure. Build trust.

  • Understand the people and their responsibilities
  • Review existing marketing spend and channels
  • Review current lead sources
  • Map the customer journey end to end
  • Audit the CRM and pipeline discipline
  • Evaluate the sales process in practice, not theory
  • Review the KPIs the business is currently trusting
  • Identify where revenue leaks and bottlenecks live
  • Document what's already working — and why
Days 31–60

Build

Prioritize the highest-value opportunities and start implementing.

  • Sales improvements aligned to the actual process
  • Follow-up systems that don't rely on memory
  • CRM improvements and cleanup
  • Automation of the manual work stealing hours
  • Campaign opportunities based on what data shows
  • KPI dashboards leadership actually reads
  • Customer-experience improvements from job start to review
  • Process documentation for the work being built
Days 61–90

Scale

Measure, refine, and transfer repeatable processes into the organization.

  • Analyze what's producing measurable movement
  • Improve what's working — eliminate what isn't
  • Assign ownership inside the company
  • Develop leadership capable of holding the system
  • Document critical systems for the team
  • Establish next-stage priorities beyond day 90

A clarification worth making

Avarie doesn't permanently run every function of your business.

A Growth Partnership isn't a permanent outsourced department. The philosophy is:

Identify → Solve → Systemize → Delegate → Measure → Improve

When the right permanent person or process should eventually own something, we help build toward that outcome. The measure of a successful engagement is a business that runs without needing us to keep pushing buttons.

Worth being clear about

We don't guarantee revenue numbers.

Growth outcomes depend on the market, the crew, the pricing, the leadership, the execution — and factors nobody controls. What we can commit to is the quality of the diagnosis, the discipline of the work, and honest reporting on what's moving and what isn't.

If we don't think a Growth Partnership is the right fit for a specific business, we'll say that during the assessment. There's no incentive to sell an engagement into a situation that won't work.

Next step

Start with the assessment.

Tell us where the business is today, what you're trying to build next, and what's currently in the way. If a Growth Partnership is the right fit, we'll say so. If a smaller engagement is smarter first, we'll tell you that too.
